For junior players, any promotional photography, public content or social activity must be age-appropriate and subject to the necessary parental or guardian permission. Social media participation is not compulsory at the application stage.

- Applications are stored in ICON's Symphony website administration system and may be accessed only by authorised ICON personnel involved in assessment and program administration.
- Do not provide PlayHQ passwords, private login details, exact birth dates, street addresses or unnecessary sensitive information.
- Application information is not a marketing subscription. Any later promotional use of a junior player's name, image or video requires separate, age-appropriate permission.
